STRUCTURE AND SCOPE OF THE STUDY In order to examine where the harmonisation process currently stands and to determine the impact of the 1999 Lausanne Conference, the following elements of anti doping rules and regulations of 29 international sports governing bodies have been selected for comparison with results of a similar study conducted in 1995, as well as with the current IOC anti doping rules and regulations 12 the definition of doping; the list of banned classes and methods of doping; timing of doping controls; the laboratories used for analysis; sanctions imposed; recognition of sanctions imposed by other sports governing bodies; the right to a hearing; the waiver of minor procedural mistakes; blood sampling; and the recognition of the Court of Arbitration for Sport CAS priligy without prescription
